Whether you are a first-time guest or a long-time member, now is a great time to join a life group!
What is a life group?
Simply, it is a small group of people that meet regularly with the common purpose of learning about the Bible and the Christian life, caring for one another, having fun in a relaxed and informal setting, serving others, and creating the opportunity for developing friendships. Life groups are the primary places of really connecting with others as well as giving and receiving care in our church; Life groups are a simple expression of the biblical church.
Our life groups meet for 10-12 weeks, three times a year: Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Life groups are a good and safe environment to learn and get to know others. You can talk a lot or not at all. No one will put you on the spot!

Sundays
Sunday Morning Life Group!

For those of us who are NOT theologians, this is a Life Group where we take topics like prayer, parenting, or relationships and discuss what the Bible has to say about them. Then take it one step further...how do we apply it in 2012 and make it work in our modern lives?! This group is for people who like to ask real questions. Come on and enjoy the journey!
Life as the Body

Our purpose is to meet weekly as a Biblical community that "does life together." Each week we bring food and eat together, then we spend time worshiping together, ministering to & encouraging one another, studying God's word together, and discussing the Sunday morning Sermon as well as praying together and meeting one another's needs as they are spoken. We invite you to come and be a part of a great group of men and women and start doing LIFE TOGETHER!
Spiritual Parenting

In this Spiritual Parenting Life Group, we will be called as parents to depend upon God for our children's spiritual and moral development, urging us toward a heart posture of surrender and faithfulness. The end goal is a vibrant faith that is passed on from one generation to another. Parents are, by God's Spirit, to depend on God in order to create home environments that God can use to beckon our kids to Him. Join us Sundays at 5:30pm for a pot luck dinner, Spiritual Parenting DVD series, and fellowship with other parents.

R.E.A.P Group for Women

Life Group is for you. R.E.A.P. stands for Read, Examine, Apply, and Pray. We will go through a book of the Bible together. By the end, you will understand the book and will have applied it to your life on a daily basis. If you are wanting God’s truth to impact and change you, sign up and get ready!

Experience the Jesus you may have never known through a DVD series. The drama of motion pictures is used to compare well- and little-known portraits of Jesus with the Jesus of the Bible. This Life Group will peel away popular stereotypes and present a brilliant and fascinating portrait of Jesus Christ – his teachings, his miracles, his death and resurrection, and ultimately, who he was and why he came. We will press beyond the traditional picture to uncover a Jesus who is brilliant, creative, challenging, fearless, compassionate, unpredictable, and ultimately satisfying. The Life Group will spark discussion, interaction, application and growth. If you desire to experience life-changing discoveries about Jesus, then this group is for you!
Thursdays
A Confident Heart

Do you ever feel like you’re not good enough, smart enough, or valuable enough? Do words you say to yourself, or hear from others, make you question your worth and purpose? Learn to fail forward even when life or sin sets you back. Live confidently in your God-given purpose, passion, and personality. Break free from people-pleasing and performance-based living. Exchange “against me” thoughts with Scripture-based God is “for me” thoughts. Trust the certainty of God’s promises in the uncertainty of your circumstances and emotion. This Life Group is geared towards meeting each member exactly where they are in life and walking with them in truth and grace.

Coffee Talk is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships in a relaxing atmosphere with the women of Life Church and the surrounding community. If you are looking to connect with other women in a deeper more meaningful way, to network with each other, pray for each other, and welcome new members and visitors to the church, then this is the group for you. Join us once a month for coffee and goodies and spend time in fellowship with each other. Please feel free to bring a friend.

In Temple Dwellers we work on building a foundation of health and fitness in Christ, dwelling in the temple of the Holy Spirit. Certified instructors will be teaching Low Impact Cardio & Strength. MENS FRATERNITY

Men’s Fraternity will meet once a month. We will eat a breakfast and participate in a study called, The Quest for Authentic Manhood, which will give an overview of biblical masculinity, and will answer some questions such as “What is a man?” and “How can I be an effective husband and father?” and “What am I living to be?” Each month, we will have a fun activity that men can go to after the Men’s Fraternity is over, like golf, paintball, basketball, or something else! You can just come to the Men’s Fraternity time or if your schedule allows it, some Saturdays you can go have some fun! Come on, Life Church men!
