Our Mission:
To provide information, education, and opportunities for improving the overall health of the ladies of Lakeline church in ways that glorify God and draw others to Christ. We will use God’s Word and the principles within to guide and motivate ladies to seek a deeper walk with God, while strengthening their bodies and minds.
Our Goals:
To apply healthy fitness and nutrition principles in order to make measurable improvements in physical and spiritual health over time.
To build relationships with other Lakeline ladies through encouragement and accountability, both in groups and one-on-one.
Our Strategy:
In order to fulfill this mission and obtain our goals, we will be:
Hosting health fairs and medical screenings to help ladies determine their general health status.
Inviting guest speakers to discuss a variety of health and fitness topics and how they relate to our spiritual health.
Providing opportunities for group fitness activities in 6, 9, & 12-week sessions (indoor and outdoor activities will be offered).
Providing guidance in healthy meal planning and food journaling.
